Meet Kevin…

Kevin Logie, AMFT (#145953)

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

As a therapist with a background in the arts and improv, I bring a unique and creative approach to my work with adolescents, individuals, and couples. I use a narrative therapeutic approach integrated with EMDR, helping clients rewrite their stories and overcome past traumas. While therapy can be heavy at times, I believe in incorporating humor and lightness, along with mindfulness techniques, to defy the gravity of life's challenges. Together, we can create the life you want to be living.

Let’s Begin

Individual adults and teens

Working together one-on-one with a narrative approach we can work to explore and rewrite our person stories, empowering ourselves to make sense of their experiences and embrace growth. By integrating mindfulness and a touch of lightness we can create a space where even life’s heaviest challenges can be addressed with creativity and awareness. Together we will create a narrative that aligns with your goals and aspirations, enabling healing and a renewed sense of purpose.

     Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, we take a creative and collaborative approach, where we help partners explore and reframe the experiences they share in their relationship, uncovering patterns and building a stronger, more supportive bond. Creating a secure space to discuss all the aspects of relationship work where together, we’ll work to strengthening your partnership and align it with your values and goals.

Creative Clients

Think you know what therapy is? Let’s talk about and find an approach that might be a little different. Creativity brings lightness, play, and purpose to life, helping us navigate even the heaviest moments. We can utilize play, improvisation, music, art anything your mind can think of to express how we are feeling and process those feelings to improve our way of being.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapy that helps lighten the weight of past experiences, making space for healing and growth. By using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows your brain to process and reframe painful memories, transforming how they show up in your life. It’s a grounded yet freeing approach that helps you move past what’s holding you back and reconnect with your present.
